The meeting will be for players only - this will hopefully ensure we can have an open and honest discussion about the season gone, and looking forward to next season.
There will be reports from Phil (2nd team) and myself (1st/club captain), reviewing the season, followed by an open forum for questions/discussions.
Following that we will have the election of captains for next season. The roles up for grabs are: Club Captain, 1st team captain, 2nd team captain.
Any nominations for any of the above need to be made to Tom Arnall, at least 7 days before the meeting, with the name of the nominee, a proposer, and a seconder. All of whom must be fully paid up members.
We will have full job descriptions for the roles out ASAP, but in the mean time please feel free to speak to Tom for more information!
