Tries Galore

The U10's have had a difficult start to the season, but the last few weeks have seen some real progress and this culminated in two strong performances against Yatton.

In the first match, Sam opened the scoring with an excellent try before Yatton hit back strongly through some large forwards and some very fast backs. However Gordano competed very strongly and Toby scored a mole like try, burrowing under the whole Yatton team, before popping up on the line. Harry G tackled like his heart out and probably the outstanding moment of the day was the last play when he knocked the exceptionally quick Yatton winger into the middle of this week.

In the second match it was all Gordano with Noah bagging a couple as well as Joe, Jack and Tom K. It was especially pleasing to see the boys moving the ball down the line and looking for space, and it was even more pleasing to see the smiles on faces!! We now need to build on this performance for the rest of the season.
