Gordano U12s 47points beat v Old Reds U12s 21 points.

Gordano U12s did the double over a spirited Old Reds team by winning 47-21 at “fortress” Caswell Lane.

The home side’s smaller pack ran their opponents all over the park as Tom Instance, Drum McMillan, Curtis Southey, Zach Wall, Alex Reynolds and Jack Pope won rucks and mauls at will and tackled anything that moved. In the backs, the sublime passing and movement from Lewis Leaker, Kieran Avery, Sam Hodge, Charlie Geary, Ben Beacham, Eddie Tovey, Callum Corcoran, Ben Greenslade, Olly O’Hare and George Lacey was a joy to behold as they cut loose in the brilliant sunshine in front of a large crowd.

Zach Wall and Drum McMillan notched braces, whilst Olly O’Hare, Kieran Avery and Lewis Leaker crossed the whitewash once each. Six conversions were shared between Leaker and Hodge.
