Saints undone for the 1st Time..

In the clash of the inform sides in Somerset One , Gordano came away worthy victors and in doing so ended Saints unbeaten league season.

The Sharks took their victorious league run to 10 games and showed their large home support the style of rugby that has taken the young squad to new heights.

Playing with confidence they were able to stretch and penetrate the Bristol sides defence and for the most part limit them to playing in their own half.

St.Bernadettes pushed right to the final whistle. Their discipline and attractive running style showing why they are worthy league winners.

Mention should also go to referee Stuart Turnbull whose game management resulted in only 14 penalty awards. This allied to two sides willing to move the ball, resulted in a competitive, spirited and skilful encounter that was a fantastic advertisement for Somerset One rugby.
