We are writing to update you on our plans to install an Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP), aka 3G, at Gordano RFC. We are intending to move forward with a phased approach starting in 2024. We have already completed the pre-planning phase which included the provision of disabled access, external toilets, and a downstairs bar/cafe, as well as extensive grounds maintenance in preparation for the work to begin. Just so you know, the pre-planning phase was financed outside of the 3G funding and was necessary for a facility that will be available for external hire in the future.

We are now working on a detailed plan for each phase, each of which will bring incremental value as we move forward. We invite you to a Special General Meeting at Gordano RFC on 24th January 2024 at 7 pm where we will present our strategy and allow you to review it and ask questions. Minutes of the meeting and plans will be shared for those unable to attend.
